Friday 27th June 2008 - Bubbly. Wow, what a treat!! This ought to be fun. On show will be the brand new vintage Cuvee 'M' from Logan (our best seller) and also his first ever Weemala bubbly in which he describes as very much like a Prosecco in style. We'll also be showing Domaine Pfister Crement d'Alsace, Serge Mathieau Brut NV, Deutz Brut Classic and Pol Roger 1999.
