The cool nights in the Adeliade Hills ensures an accumulation of elegant and aromatic fruit flavours in the grapes, something that gives this wine its pungency, while the fruit from the warmer McLaren Vale lends depth and fullness to the wine. Redfin Semillon/Sauvignon shows bright, pale lemon green in colour. On the nose intense notes of tropical fruit salad, passionfruit, lychee and mango are balanced by a crisp edge of lime. A lively palate with good fruit intensity and a balanced crispness of refreshing acidity which gives the wine its good length.
