Description: More intense aromas of blackcurrent, spice and garrigue are evident with this deep ruby coloured wine. The soft tannins are in step with this elegant and poised wine, which also boasts a mineral side, and gentle spicy finish.
Details: The Grenache was initially fermented at cooler temeratures to ensure the maximum of fruit was harnessed. Carbonic maceration was used to ferment the Carignan. The Syrah had a slightly longer fermentation and extraction (up to three weeks), to give more structure and support to the fruit.
