Description: A rich golden wine which has an elegant mineral and wood opening on the nose supported by some more subtle floral notes. In the mouth, there is a very fresh start, with good acidity, its unctious flavours then give way to a long finish.
Details: Late-harvested, the grapes were left in contact with their skins before pressing to take on more character. The wines started off their fermentation at low temperatures in stainless-steel vats before being moved into new, french oak barrels, where they remained for 6 months.
