Therefore we have the time to nurture our grapes and handle our wines as gentle as possible to create something special and unique. Mother nature has bestowed on us an ancient dry riverbed with well drained alluvial gravels to root our Sauvignon blanc in, and deep red Karoo clays where our Chenin Blanc prospers. Balmy breezes from the Indian Ocean in the afternoon and cool night temperatures help create the perfect terroir for our prized two whites..."
