Description: An aromatic wine that offers herbaceous characters alongside gooseberry, lychee and lemon aromas. The palate is dry, medium bodied and clean as a whistle. All the refreshing and lively flavours you would expect from a Sauvignon Blanc.
Details: The hand selected grapes come from the Aurora Estate in Teno which is part of the Central Valley. Watered with pure Andean snow melt water, the vineyards benefit from the reliable Chilean sunshine and cool Pacific breezes. Winemaker Santiago Margozzini is in charge of selecting the fruit and crafting the Soleus range of wines, which are barrel aged, complex and unfortunately produced in limited quantities.
