  • Description: With a total of 31 botanicals, 22 native to the island and 9 others, this is a gin like no other. Its floral aromatics and rich texture are heavily influenced (unexpectedly so) by being distilled in the one and only Lomond still, Ugly Betty. This experimental still, specially adapted for the purpose, runs at an extraordinarily low pressure; it just simmers, taking three times as long to distill this gin as it takes for our whisky.
