Dolin de Chambery Red Vermouth 375ml – 16%
This is a benchmark red vermouth made by Dolin, to an 1820s recipe. Using over 35 herbs, roots and spices, this is off-dry but not too sweet, with plenty of sarsaparilla, citrus-peel, clove and cinnamon flavours. Perfect in a Manhattan or Negroni.
