The result is a spirit with a herbal aroma, a subtle sweetness and notes of orchard fruits and vanilla on the palate. Offical Tasting Notes Almost like a fino sherry. Chilled and neat, it has a herbal, almost medicinal quality, with notes of rosemary, cinnamon and eucalyptus. With tonic, it expands and changes into a smooth, citrussy, refreshing drink.
