Domaine Thibault Pouilly-Fume 2022

A fresh and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley, with a brilliant green-yellow colour. The palate is rich, yet fresh with notes of citrus, apple, blackcurrant leaf and a smoky finish. This Pouilly Fume goes very well with oysters, goat cheese and seafood.
